The first timid rays of the spring sun herald the arrival of the crisp and delicate early vegetables. Ducasse sur Seine renew its menu, giving prominence to these tasty and tender vegetables.

Asparagus, the flagship produce of the season, can be enjoyed as a starter or a main course, accompanied by watercress and wood mushrooms or finely combined with Seared John Dory.

To the delight of the sweet tooth, the Contemporary strawberry Pavlova or the Strawberry Melba our way celebrates the arrival of the first strawberries, while the Citrus ravioles, Menton lemon sorbet invite you to enjoy the last seasonal citrus.
